HI, My name is Jessica Lemon, and I’m so excited to be the School Counselor for Springs Ranch Elementary School this year! . I grew up right here in Colorado Springs, and loved it so much I never left. I'm married and have two adorable kids. I have a masters in Social Work from Newman University. I have worked in the community for eight years with families and children. I look forward to helping the students, staff and families at our school. 

As a school counselor, my primary responsibility is to promote the academic, personal, and social development of all students. I work closely with parents, teachers and staff, and consult with community organizations to benefit and meet the needs of all students at Springs Ranch Elementary.
